Damnyoulose, ...However much producing his long form costs, he should spend it to *save* resources...for ex, even this April, his lawyer Robert Bauer sent out a letter threatening sanctions against an attorney if he proceeded with an appeal on the eligibility matter. EncompassedRunner, you're absolutely right! My cousin's wife was born in West Germany (in the 60s). Her parents were US Citizens working over there as missionaries. They didn't return to the states until she was about 5 yrs old; when she turned 18, she had to renounce her dual citizenship. At the same time, she is considered a US Citizen because of her parents.
