When I called my daughters school to speak with her and inform her my father could be dead. A teacher/ child protection officer walked her into my home after calling the police, when I had to insist on being able to speak with my child. The police burst in, posed a risk to me and my family as the teacher stood by my head and watched me thrown to the floor by 4 officers and arrested. I had no respect or rights at all ! I was arrested for throwing down my phone when failing in calling for help

Have there been ANY successful (or even unsuccessful) lawsuits in your country against CPS? We have at least one on the go here in Canada (against the gov't, by former foster children). When the mooching lawyers and even the system sees that there is money to be made from CPS lawsuits, more lawyers will fight AGAINST CPS. Lawyers and the legal system don't care how they make their money, as long as they make it.

Often, social workers wait until Friday afternoon, then steal the children from school, knowing court isn't open all weekend. Any parent who sends their child to school is in danger of kidnapping - and they won't find out until AFTER the fact. Also, CPS is now using SWAT teams. In Canada, they have tasered young moms (cops working with social workers) - one young mom was tasered WHILE she was holding her baby. We are talking pure evil here.

Many times they have court orders to override the second amendment so that is useless. The court system does make a sizable profit in putting these kids in homes, it's not just the babies, Put it this way the minute you call CPS for help.. they have you. If your kid gets busted by the cops for ANYTHING they have you. And once in the system they will meddle and destroy your life privacy and dignity. Dangerous people.
