@031281670 Do you know the temps when you're playing like that?
I have the same processor (not OC'd), but the temps were a bit too high on full-load (70-75ºC). I can overclock it on BIOS too but I'm afraid of doing that.
hi mate nice video.. i recently purchased a E3300 as it looked a good cpu for the price.. along with 2gb of GEIL ddr2 memory and a XFX GTS250 it will run all games at most resolutions.. it runs crysis at medium and 1920x1080.... it also overclocks very well... with a simple change to the fsb from 200mhz to 266mhz this will give you a free 3.3ghz oc with temps still under 40c ..
@brianthesnail1234 this processor with a gts 250 is a major bottleneck. You most certainly are not using your video card to max. Not even close. Your processor will max out well before the 250 will.
@avedawg123456 I wouldn't know about 1440x900. I have been using Crt monitors for years, i always game at 1280x1024. When i do start to use LCD, i plan to use LCD.
Did you need to control the CPU fan speed manually to overclock it?

YOU WILL GET better performance if you game at 1280x1024.

@AmbitionzGamer

@031281670 Yes it should. Using mid to high end cards at low resolutions results in bad performance. you should be gaming at 1280x1024.
Also for your card i will use XP for way better performance.
