Hello, I'm trying to lose my southern drawl. I'm a native born American going into a job that focuses almost entirely on your voice. I can't pay for any tutorials and to make matters worse, I have 2 weeks before I'm doing my own show....any help?

How had is it to do a American accent? I heard about every American over here do a British accent over here and you are either really good or a failure. But hey both Britain and America are still learning their vocab. You might think he have a bit of a France accent just because of some of the words!

A tip. Keep water in your mouth some seconds in order to warm it, your body will be very pleased.

Can you define what you mean by "drag" - are you referring to pitch to syllable length or something else?
