"traffic calming" that's a joke. They put this sort of thing in where i live in the UK no one wanted it. After a couple weeks some kid was speeding and went right into it and killed himself. Then they ripped it out! local authorities have too much money don't know what to do with it!

lol, theres a sign right at that intersection that says no entry. They have them all over ita to turn the street into a local traffic only street.... so its not a throughway for the whole neighbourhood. most likely because its in a school zone.

yep we just got a few of those thinngs her now.. but how and where they are postiioned in the intersection you can't turn left around them if you are towing a trailer longer then 10 feet or so.. and there is no way the snowplow can get around it with out running up to it.. guess a 3 way stop sighs are too expensive
