Ha ha ha ha!!! So true. I'm a PB @ Chase and it's the biggest joke in the world. This is 100% accurate of our daily life. It sucks, the customers hate being stalked in the lobby, and the BM, DM and MM are all kool-aid drinking ass kissers who are so nervous about losing their jobs. If I could quit today, I would.
