  • 5 douche bags who don't like this!

  • i cant believe this is bootleg

  • I'm just Alex went back to playing Gibsons again. What was he doing playing a Penis Reduction System?

  • 94, I mean the camera must have been top notch. How's that for quality heh=)

  • One of my most favorite Rush songs !

  • Godzilla's in hiding because he's worried that Rush is going to kick his ass.

  • peart's lyrics conjure up perfect images in my head. "...and the boy pulls down his baseball cap and covers up his eyes"...

  • Probably my fav.track from Signals.

    RUSH the pride of CanuckLand.

  • @onthemoveagain This is a great song indeed and the pride to American ears as well.

  • Thanks for putting this up dude. I was at this show. I especaily loved it when they did double agent in this show, wish they would do it again. Thanks again dude!

  • Hm, a big Neil fan! I love Alex's antics, and especially love the way Geddy treats the last 'autumn woods and winter skies'.

  • One of the 5 greatest bands of all times.

  • @joeluis2007 Yea but it is obvious that they are number one so all you really needed to say was "the greatest band of all times"

  • @GeddyLee211 You're right! 100% Agree!

  • Massive chops by Alex ......

  • Ok lads you can turn off the CD and stop pretending to play...Oh crap its Rush....silly me I shouldve known better....=D. I was wondering why it sounds so close to the album. I want a Peart Beanie. Who else has noticed that since listening to Rush MOST other music sounds so boring...or is it just me.

  • My favorite Rush song, the only way to hear this song is live. The live versions are always better than the studio version.

  • Thanks for posting. This song is a rare treat live, and Alex's solo is just ripping!!!

  • you move me

  • awesome song

  • I am amazed at how good the sound quality is on this..

  • What impresses me the most about Peart isn't his his chops, which are enormous. He plays every song NOTE FOR NOTE, pattern for pattern, EXACTLY like the record. Everything. That is incredible.

  • THEY FUCKIN OWN!!!!!!

  • ...why they are not in the hall of fame IS A FUCKING DISGRACE - I am from Cleveland and I will not step foot into that place until they are elected in...looks like I'm never gonna' go...

  • @rushxtc1 The RNRHF is a fucking joke. Micheal Jackson is a hero there. While he was a fine entertainer what does he have to do with rock and roll? I dont think RNRHF is good enough for Rush. Clearly they are more intrested in whats popular then whats relevent to what they stand for.

  • Very Very Nice!!!!! Way to go Dirk, Lerxst, Pratt!!!!

  • Yes, this would have been an awesome video had their been a better view for the shooter. It almost sounds like the cam is plugged into the board, not over driven really at all, you can really pick out the base synth and alex, excellent to listen to, RUSH LIVE LIKE STUDIO. THUMBS UP. MET ALEX AT A RADIO SHACK IN RICHMOND HILL ONT SHIT AROUND EARLY 80'S

  • The masters...excellence...possibly more to come in Summer '10. Fuck yeah!

  • that would be awesome

  • there used to be a great pro-shot video from the arena video screen taken form this tour in 94 at Detroit i think. It was great but it's gone now

This one sounds really good too

  • Its on rollthefemers page

  • nope, tits gone, just checked. That one video has a"removed by WMG unauthorized" I'm not sure how Warner Music cam lay claim to a bootleg video shot at a concert especially when there is no live show for sale of the counterparts tour that unauthorized footage could imfringe on

  • this song, the necromancer, and kid gloves are alex's best guitar solos

  • Why is there no video for this song? I mean, there is a lot over covers...Who wants to see covers????

  • OMG ,It's a Christmas miracle,I've never heard such awsome sound from a bootleg,hot damn ,I'm sold.........

  • yeah, but i mean, ive seen them better on more recent recordings

  • I think the fact that Rush still sounds good through a bootleg proves that they're Live performances are second to none.

  • @FLCLRVDFan i ve seen them live and believe me ...they are simply the best when it comes to live performances . they sounded unbelievably fabulous ...you just did nt want the concert to end ..they kept me wanting more and more . they went through NATURAL SCIENCE (which is quite a long song ) with such ease and perfection that everybody was wondering if it was actually live . they are the best ...not a single doubt . they rule .

  • @FLCLRVDFan

I agree. Only maybe Gabriel comes close to live.

  • @FLCLRVDFan Good camera/mic helps too :)

  • Excellent sound for a bootleg. Only wish the view was a bit better and not so obscured in parts. This song is definitely somewhere in my top 10 favorite Rush songs.

  • What A band .. Soo much energy, they play more powerful without the dancing the so called heavy meatal bands do these days, all i say is i hope these new bands look and learn from these masters.

  • I was sitting straight away for this show and I had a 13 year old with his grandmother watching this show...He turned to me and I told him it was Analog Kid going...He jumped out of his chair..We rocked all night...Rush is awesome..Get Rushified

  • dont know why but it seems that rush were either tired or bored. That'S whats great, cause even if their not playing 100% they're still amazing!!!!!!!!

  • lol

gotta remember they ( WE) ARE GETTING OLD

  • Hafta agree. For a bootleg, the sound is exceptional. Agreed, Alex's solo is amazing...a Paul Reed Smith thru a harmoniser...mindblowing. Cheers (Y)

  • the BEST

  • The sound quality on this is superb!

  • best sound Ive ever heard on a bootleg

  • superb lol nice word

  • great sound, great song

  • Move me!

  • Great guitar solo, even better than the studio version, i think!

  • An excellent job once again by Alex on the great guitar solo in this song. what a great player......

  • I'm an American. But this song reminds me of my "true love". A cottage in beautiful Canada... you call me... you call me...

  • this song reminds me of my bro..he would call me up and start singing this song,me and him grew up loving this band .....rip Dave L Roland

  • best song off signals, and it's better live

  • Amazing.

  • you move me you move me

  • excellent Merci

  • i was 19 years old going to college for something i didn't want to do heard this song and said yeah that's me....the whole album spoke to me and the boys at centennial.

  • This is awesome man, the sound is awesome here! Is this the 1994-05-07 show? A Farewell to Gardens?

  • they should bring it back on stage

  • sounds like you put different stages version w this video

  • awesome !!!

  • ...?

  • Fantastic vid m8...awesome

  • Great sound quality!

  • Rush, Visionary, Mover and Shaker, So ahead of their time

  • I simply love the Signals album. Chemistry is another great song. But the Analog Kid. Wow, the solo Alex does is one of a kind.

  • The Weapon. Now there's a track I hope they play on the next tour.

  • @wilbert916 Hell yes man! I have been wanting to hear The Weapon played for so long! One of my fav Rush tunes.

  • @wilbert916 Its a scarey scarey song....Sorry..I have seen it many times..I want Jacobs Ladder...Just once

  • GREATEST FUCKING BAND EVER!!

  • Amen to THAT, man. =P

  • I remember when I used to feel that way. Still love RUSH always will.

  • its funny seeing amps behind geddy haha

  • CA-NA-DA! CA-NA-DA! CA-NA-DA!

  • I love Geddy's voice. He's one of my idols... Because of him, I wanna be a bass player.

  • any one know of any good rush tribute bands doing their thing and ours right now

  • no, but rush is still playing, so there you go.

  • sweet video....loved couterparts tour!

    thx

  • This song is very very special to me because my first album was hardrock 84(i was 7). There where ten songs, and i ALLWAYS REMEMBER WHAT WAS THE BEST

  • One of my all time favourite songs!

  • Does anybody know what this song is about exactly? Don't get me wrong, I have always loved this song, but what's it about?

  • To me, the song is about youth and the vagaries of existence.

It is about that yearning for something more that you know is out there but do you have the strength to seek it out?

You know that you must do something but you're not even sure what it is.

  • makes sense man. THANKS !!!!

  • Just like the days before high school graduation! I listened to "Signals" before I graduated and I remember my parents driving me back home while listening to "Countdown".

When I leave I don't know what I'm hoping to find! And when I leave I don't know what I'm leaving behind!

That's how I feel about college!

  • Signals is my very favorite Rush album. Vastly underrated...

  • after going thru all the songs on the album again, I agree with you rabidbiscuit it is underrated. And jossy2112 your right, so much Rolling Stone.

  • Heh, Rolling Stone wouldn't know good music if it clubbed them over the head with a baseball bat.

  • Amen to that

  • great Vid!! The sound was amazing. Not that many clear sounding vids like this Thankx!

  • GREAT TUNE!!!!

Great vid. I can imagine the size of the camcorder you had to sneak in back then!

I remember this tour like it was yesterday. This was a great tour for this song alone!!!

  • nice video, bloke, you didn't get alex's solo, but, fortunatlatle for me who shoots from the hip, interpolation is a technique learned from emerging from behind the waterfall.

  • doey eyes gawd hath perpetual emotion deflecor

  • Take heart, Wiggertron; empires always crumble . . . contemplate the "Farewell to Kings" album cover.

  • God, this takes me back! What I wouldn't give to be 20 again.

  • I know what you mean ,but todays world sucks boner ,compared to then, no future ...just prison slavery for all non governmental employees

  • Signals is genius

  • signals is really one the best albums ever made. Rolling stone has the guts to rate it 2 out of 5 stars....

  • The best is the Chorus - beautiful synth chords, nice rythm and vocals and especially the bass pedals if you ever hear the cd version on a nice system.

  • When I leave I don't know what I'm hoping to find, and when I leave I don't know what I'm leaving behind!

  • This is the only Rush tour I've ever missed in 35 years! Always loved this song. Unlike many so-called purists, I liked the Signals album. In fact I met Ged and Alex backstage in Denver after the Signals show back in 82. Unfortunately my nasty ex kept the signed program. Bitch.

  • one of my favorite Rush song. Excellent guitar and drum work.

  • This song is great!!!!!!!!AND ITS GREAT LIVE.

  • got that right! really really good! ***** stars!

  • By far one of their best and most underrated songs. This album came out when I was in high school and this song definately describes some of the emotions a young man -- sucj as myself -- has when he is comptemplating that next stage of his life - the departure and stepping out on his own.

  • Saw Houston Apr 19 2008 with new set list, excellent choices, sound was excellent by far the best show of the 10 I've seen. Played Ghost of a Chance, never seen in live. They are in their own category, exceeding excellent

  • Too cool! I had tix to the show but I missed it cuz of the schedule change. Glad to hear a review of what the show was like cuz it was the first one I had to miss since Roll the Bones.

  • Man they sound good no matter if its the studio version or live

  • Geddy on the chorus: MAGNIFICENT!

  • thakz for the vid sounds gr8t live

luv that chorus how the tempo changes

and alex pulled a gr8t solo!

tears to my eyes special song from signals

    mr.hsur

  • awesome bootleg!

thanks man for sneaking that camera In..one my favorite rush tunes..I read or heard somewhere in the playground lore back N the day this was the prequel for Tom sawyer even though it was released after moving pictures..Is this true? somebody???

  • I luv this tune..from my generation the 80's..

  • thanks for this....impressive audio

  • just awesome!! i swear i just cant get enough rush lately...the live in rio is toooo too much.. the best

  • DANNY PHANTOM IS GAY

  • if i was to say greatest song ever, it would be droll. the better asking question woulod be, if not an ampitheatre, perhaps play a sideways waterfall?

  • Neil just makes it look so easy.

  • Such an emotional chorus.
