Im in a metal band, have a mode four and a pv5150, and i can tell you that not one of those amps come even remotely close to the spider valve when it comes to an extremely high gain metal sound, this thing has balls

You're so much better of getting a 112 or 212. Unless you plan on playing a stadium then go get the half stack. Plus amps sound their best at higher volumes so that way you get better tone and just general sound. Plus if you play a larger venue you're amp will be mic'd so you won't need any more volume then that. I just played an outdoor concert with a 40 watt 112 tube amp and the cops were going to shut us down for noise pollution. The half stack just looks nice and that's it.

i no the head is 700$ but are u sure u want to get the half stack cuz it is a VERY Big differents from a 120 watt Thay are very loud

No, its only 40 watts, but it sounds a hell of a lot better. You really don't need much more than 50 watts anyway.
