For a heavy bike this prove bad in long run, for these guys who are testing on some one else's expense its all fun but for those who own one and want to keep for a long time haah its not fun
Nice vid! I just bought one and have 300 miles on it. There is NO way I'm giving it that kind of beating whether designed for it or not! Pass the diaper mine has a smudge.
On a shitty note the damn digital display in the round portion of it, is messed up. The display has crapped out or there is a loose connection, but it looks like a bad display. 4 days 1 warranty claim. :(
The puddle was the most intense part, that's several hours of meticulous washing and waxing that'll have to be done now to keep that monster from breaking a nail.
@electrogb Oh give me a break with the "real men" bull****. If you wan to go mud bogging, go to redneck country. Every bike has a strength and weakness.
I sure wonder how many guys that can afford this bike have a full life with so little time to use this bike for Touring . If we have so little time , I'd rather be on a raw nimble road bike like a 900ss superlight or a Bimota DB4 All this gentleman made designer bike, upright riding position. So what if your a better rider and can out ride some lessor rider on the track with this Multi, its all about nimble raw feeling you get on the right road machine.
Probably the ONLY Multistrada that's ever going to be taken offroad. Respect for you brave attempt! Did you borrow it from a dealer and tell him what you did with it? :-)
Nice video! Any problems with the front rims bending in places? May I know your air pressure and suspension settings? I bent my Marchesini front rims in 5 places riding 2 up in rocky roads past 70 kph... was wondering if I was just stupid or there is a way to do it...
yeah beat the piss out of it on trails... thats for a trail bike. i admit, its capable of handling business, but unless you got it like that, nobody is spending 20k on this italian masterpiece and riding trails all day.
I want one. Gonna give the GS a hiding!

I thought you'd need better tires than that for what you're doing with it

What should we fix or change after this?

Let me guess. This bike also comes with an 'Auto Clean' button as well.

the bike seems to be a bit suffering from that - tiger 800xc , 800gs, ktm 990 adventure - these would fit in there

Like mine, the damn rear light/plate mount is always banging.
I put some washer between the screws holding it, but it's still making noise.
besides that, the stock tyres are only good for moderate trail riding and for shure not in the wet.
apart from that, I do take it out on the track and beat a lot of the sportbike guys with it :)

cool ride. so the possibilities of this bike are enough for easy off-road?
