I'm from germany and Us5 gave many interviews that they are very happy, that the producer from HSM3 asked them to sing the soundtrack for germany... and they told many times that they are very proud that they could do the same song as zac and corbin. so you see that the song is from HSM3 and Us5 just sang it for germany and so they published the song in there one CD
