That's y u weigh 250 ..ur lifting to heavy ..muscle weighs more than fat ...but if ur not muscular that maybe ur not doing enough reps ...try lowering the amount of wright ur lifting and do more reps like 10-12 reps ..and do about 15-20 min jog (cardio) and ul def see results of body fat melting off ...
Man i been 250 pounds(endomorph) for 4 years, going on 4 and ahalf years and i only eat 1600 calories and do 3 day split excercise(intense heavy weights) and have not lose a single pound. is it possible that my muscles not my fat is replacing the weight. or is there something else that making me fat like carbs,fats or sugars?

whats wrong with fat burners/thermos is that they contain too much caffeine. people believe they are getting a good workout because they are sweating but actually the persons heart is pumping faster than usual. if anyone cannot go without fat burners, get yourself some cheap ol caffeine pills and eat spicy foods. it does the same thing but less money. although, caffeine can be overdose so take if with caution.
@kellyphant88 careful with clen man you can get tremors and heat up and sweat alot if your gonna do it keep the dose under 140mcgs and if start off in 20 mcg increments. some friends of mine have lost 20-25 lbs. of fat on this while dieting.

I just got this non supplement fat burner by universal. Ive been on it for about 3 days and my weight loss spiked. i was at a stand still for about a month and while ordering more creatine this product popped up for 4.99. figured id give it a try. idk if it is just a placebo effect and i happened to breach my plateau at the same time, but i got no complaints. however i will not stay on this long term. only going to use one bottle, then im done. i only need to lose a couple more lbs anyway

I just got this non supplement fat burner by universal. Ive been on it for about 3 days and my weight loss spiked. i was at a stand still for about a month and while ordering more creatine this product popped up for 4.99. figured id give it a try. idk if it is just a placebo effect and i happened to breach my plateau at the same time, but i got no complaints. however i will not stay on this long term. only going to use one bottle, then im done. i only need to lose a couple more lbs anyway

I have my own personal story of Oxy Elite Pro. I was always thin,athletic but after having a serious GF and work in the way, i turned into fuckin grimmice from McDonalds About 7 months ago i was at 255 pounds, I bought oxy elite pro and started playing basketball again 5 hours a day almost after my GF left me lol, Now im a ripped up lean 178 pounds, at 6'. @uzernam3 haha well that a incredible story; but with all due respect, i think if your doing 5 hours of basketball a day, you would have lost all that weight either way. Im currently on my 10 day on the product and i have lost 7 pounds. I started at 189 and am currently at 12. Im just using the product to cut up and it seems to be working.

Yeah i was definitely doing ALOT of cardio but i remember the incredible energy i got from oxy. I felt like i could run for days without stopping so in terms of energy to keep on going that was def oxy. One of my military friends saw how much i was losing and he bought oxy too, he went down from 218 to 190 on it however his diet sucked so he gained it all right back.

@twinmuscleworkout What do you guys think about this, 4-day split. Mon- upper body. (Chest,shoulders, tris, biceps) Tues- legs & abs. Wed- off Thur- upper body. Fri- legs & abs. Sat.sun- off. You think this is an effective plan? I also plan on working out no more than a hour when I hit the gym. Please respond. Lol.
