  • beautiful solo!

  • What picks do you use?

  • currently using red bear big jazzer in heavy gauge with grip holes and no speed bevel.

    top notch plectrums for sure!

  • Thanks very much for the pick info it is something i really like to know about guitarists as a lot of people use any old pick but you seem to know more than i do about pick choice, i use the jazz lll picks.

    Thanks Mr Wood.

  • @downfromup

Are the red bears beveled? In other words are they completely flat or do they taper down gradually?

  • @WoWintosh i get the ons without the bevels. so you might need to email red bear directly about their bevels

    Well Friggin' Done M8...

  • Hi from France ... Thumbs Up !!! I had never heard of this band before I've just discovered 'em on YouTube ... but sure I like this guy on the guitar he sounds very melodic and seems to be able to "shred" at the same time, furthermore I love his sound !!! Great !!! Thanks for this vid ... (hope what I wrote made sense ?!?) Keep on rockin'

  • andy alex told me to check you out you rock

  • that tone is sick

  • this was incredible to see live... well at least I saw something similar at the show lol. you guys rock. I bought the cd and you guys are one of my new favs :D

  • hey andy are you using any ODs in this or is it strait herbert with some delay and verb from the g system?

  • all drive is from the herbert, no reverbs on my distorted tones as i think they tend to muddy up my already dark tone. the delay is usually 350-400 ms with a 20-25 precent mix, usually 3 repeats.

    thanks for diggin it!

  • andy, u gotta make a vid showing me how to do those sick tapped arpeggios

  • wow this dude must eat babys for breakfast

  • Forget that last comment! I found the settings further down :P

But GOD DAMN! this was sweet!

  • WOW! amazing!

Which settings do you use on your herbie?

  • Dude... insane solo, love the style. I've just bought a Herbert and am searching for the perfect reverb and delay to go with it. What are you using on this/would you recommend? I was thinking along the lines of an Eventide TimeFactor, but what you're using on here sounds sick and so will be at least worth checking out :)

    Cheers- James
