  • Hello??? >> SUPPLY & DEMAND << the reason the supply is so low is because this fat dude ate all the food!!!! LOL.

  • Trust me even do i don't live in Chicago i heard they make some delicious pizza

  • Crazy Eyes.

    Crazy Poses.

Somewhat boring video concepts somehow becoming slightly interesting. I don't subscribe, yet somehow I still manage ending up watching most of the videos you put out.

You make me laugh, so 5/5 :P. Subscribed :).

Just no more terrible blue/green screen aye? :P

    cheers

  • and just a little further note on that i've just written about, it is very WRONG and UNFAIR to the consumer, that the supermarkets are allowed to trade as such...it is pure trickery for the consumer, and for coles and woolworths, all they give a fuck about is makin their dollar!

FOR THE CONSUMER, THIS IS EXTREMELY UNFAIR and the supermarkets should be held accountable for their dodgy actions.

  • Well, Graham, over here at the mo, the supermarkets are selling LAMB at 27 bucks a kg....but what gets me, (the australian meat industry runs in my family), is that people are buying THINKING they are getting lamb when they are actually buying and dining on HOGGET! its all in the texture and taste of the meat. Same goes for pork...and beef....the supermarkets are NOTORIOUS for selling 'scotch fillet' and it is actually PORTERHOUSE.. (scotch fillet is a more expensive cut than the Porterhouse!)

  • Geez I can see why this guy is complaining about food prices. big boy aye.

  • pause @ 0:06 for laughter

  • thefataussiebastard has better videos hes funnier lol

  • Pete has good videos as well.

  • @GrahamAndFriends

yer thats what imeant lolz both are good =P

  • Does that include Hawaii where I live? Food prices can get somewhat pricey here, but we have plenty of stores to choose form that are probably all owned by two companies. I go to the health food store, but I miss... f*ck bee in the boat!! Aaaaah! Anyway, as I was saying I miss the amazing farmer's markets on the big isle of Hawaii.

  • The fruit prices in Sydney are a fricken Joke of massive proportions.

  • food prices should be linked to gdo (gross domestic obesity) in the case of australia your prices are not nearly high enough im afraid

  • So your saying maoris are small people?, The local KFC would be broke if it wasnt for them.

  • i never said new zealand was any better, if not worse... its just not right having people starving in one place while guys like graham here who weigh 120kg+ (conservative est) go on about fucking food prices lol

  • Haha fair enough..

  • haha.

  • I live in Newcastle. There's a Woolworths just up the road and there's several other Woolworths and Coles within 15/20 minutes drive of here. There are a couple of IGAs around, but Aldi is the only other supermarket chain in the area that really competes with them. Part of the main reason I go to Woolworths is the wider selection of produce and meat. But yeah you're right, it is kind of expensive. Perhaps I should start shopping at Aldi, at least for a few things.

  • lol it's funny that you mentioned the steak in Virginia because there's a really good butcher in the Virginia near Brisbane

  • Graham,

If you are going to be doing any more singing, you need a better mike to capture the power of your voice.

  • well we are still one of the only major countries in the world that have postive economic growth atm meaning our inflation is keeping pretty steady at rising our everyday pries. although considering how high our dollar is worth at the moment things should be alot cheaper. the ACCC really needs to get another major competitor to enter the scene

  • I live in los angeles, lots of Mexican restaurants which is nice. Not enough vegetarian stuff at decent prices though.

  • Australian food is wonderful!

  • I live in the UK and we have loads of main food shops in my city: ADSA, 2 Tesco's, Morrisons, ALDI, LIDL, Sainsbury, several Tesco Expresses and probably more I have forgotten. Two of them are 24/7 and because they are all competing food here is quite cheap, although it is going up too.

  • New ZeaLAND FOOD IS REALLY REALLY really really really EXPENSIVE - compared to NSW - i wanted to buy some lamb for dinner and i wasnt going to pay $34.00 per kg for lamb chops in NZ thats for sure cheaper to go to Maccas than buy groceries in NZ and they dont have the range that we have in NSW

  • i heard most of the high quality lamb is exported in new zealand. Mutton is popular. I was in christchurch last year.

  • @GrahamAndFriends Trust me even do i don't live in Chicago i heard they make some delicious pizza

  • I live in melbourne, and in the suburb that i'm at, we have a safeway, coles, and aldi! the best one in my opinion is Coles, lowest prices and wide variety, the other day a 1.25 Litre bottle of pepsi was only 99c! not bad :)

  • Around here it's usually how many competitors there are and how close they are to W*M (if there is any competition) that determines food prices. Look for sales and stock up on things you can, and get a lot of in season local fruits n veggies from as close to the farm as you can.

  • I have basically 2 - safeway and the real canadian superstore

  • Yes its true, New Zealand got second, and its because all our supermarkets are Australian owned! Are you growing the beard back

  • Well, you wouldn't say i like it...i'd say that...well, it's fresh and tastes good, but we can't be sure its completely organic...who knows nowadays...no one can tell between natural and bio-engineered foods...it's just the idea of eating super mutant vegetables that creeps me out :P

  • Here in the Chicagoland area prices are high--higher than downstate Illinois and higher than across the border in the state next-door, Indiana. We have the ever-popular Jewel, which used to be known as the Jewel Tea Co. in the old days. I usually wander through the aisles muttering things like, "At least Jesse James used a gun..." We have the mega-high priced Dominic's, owned by Safeway (a chain from California.) There's Food4Less, Ultra, and the most reasonable--Aldi's. It's all expensive...

  • i'm not satisfied with the food my mom makes. XP

  • Best steak you will ever have would be in Argentina. Take a trip there, it's paradise. You won't regret it :P.

  • lol oh no!

  • MEGA GRAHAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this guy is sorta creepy

  • why do your percieve me as sorta creepy? because I made videos on youtube? or because I am well animated?

  • Very well animated, indeed. I love your videos.

  • no he's not

  • In Canada milk comes in bags. People always seem to find that strange for some reason.

  • well only in some provinces...in BC and alberta they're 4 litre bottles...which well...

i'd prefer the bags as i live in ontario :P

  • we have a lot of big supermarkets in sweden both lower priced ones and some expensive ones. some even sells old and rotten meat to keep the price down...

  • I also live in sweden ;)

  • Nyköping

  • Haggis & Chips(fat ass fries)!!

  • Ah yes I saw this on the news too (I'm an Aussie too :D)

I saw wow'd when the poll showed Japan only raising in 1%

    Way to go Japan ^^

  • I am pretty shocked at high Aussie supermarket prices. I remember a time when Aussie supermarket prices seemed reasonable to those of the UK. On my last couple of trips to the UK I have been amazed at how much money I have saved in British supermarkets where there is more variety and the quality of the food often tastes better. I just had a microwave shepherds pie from Woolworths and to say it tasted like cardboard would be kind. Come on Australia!

  • im from northern ireland, n any time i go away anywhere i miss the meat from here, especially the bacon, cant beat it

  • Food prices in America are cheaper here on the east coast than they are in the west, Here in Delaware we have a lot of lower priced supermarkets like Amelias and Save a Lot. other places like Shop-Rite,Food Lion and Giant are lower priced than other supermarkets.

Wawa can be inexpensive on Lunchmeat and Milk because it comes from Wawa Dairy Farms in Wawa Pa.(5 miles away)

And Graham...one of our Friends did take a camera into the market and film( channel similar to your lets chat health channel)

  • yes HappyCabbie made a store video.

  • Hey! I live in Wilmington too! small world... I prefer shopping at shop-rite on concord pike, but rite-aid usually has the lowest milk prices that I've seen.

  • It's a small world - But I wouldnt want to be stuck painting it.

  • "Australia now has the highest rate of price increase"

    not

"Australia now has the highest rate of increase"

Iknow that coles and woolworths are paying $4.63 per carton of 24x375ml cans of Pepsi and sell it with a 350% mark up

Bulla icecream coles $5.69 woolies $6.75 the shops are in the same complex

  • yes it is a bit fuzzy

  • doesn't surprise me

everything in aus is expensive compared to other western countries

  • Hmmm....the Australian government is pissing billions of dollars up the wall to fix our health and wonder why our waistlines are growing. They should step inside a Coles or a Woolworths (Safeway in Vic) and have look at fruit & vegie prices. No matter who is government, nothing will change those spineless bastards, sorry to bring politics into this Graham.

    BTW Great singing voice ;)

  • yes I agree. The government should subsidize vege and fruits.

  • Hmmm. You might be onto something there.

  • I work for one of the major retail chains. Things are changing where I work due to competition.

  • are you growing a suvivor beard??

  • yes I survived the swine flu!

  • who doesnt love thier food

  • I rekon Aldi will gives Coles and Woolys a run for their money. My family buys from safeway since its closest to home but food is food and if you dont love it, eat shit.

  • you love food!

  • just had my daily nut case fix

  • did you buy your nut case at the supermarket?

  • I grew up a Woolworths kid :D
