There should be more adverts on the BBC. Maybe then we wouldn't have to pay 150 odd quid for re-runs of My Family, and all other manor of shit that's on the BBC. BBC 3, for example.

There used to be a time when we could get through this playlist without any ads at all, but such is the way of the Internets. This show was just so good I'm willing to be put through all of them just to enjoy those classic moments!

I remember discussing Yes Minister as part of my politics A level. May even have watched a show. You can learn a great deal about British politics, even 20 years later!

I've seen this epsiode - as usual, incredibly biting and funny. Satire is one of the finest genres, and the British have it down pat; the US needs political satire this brainy, brawny, and piercing.

I love those two shows to pieces, and think they're invaluable; that said, I think a biting political satire freed from the news show format would find its place and be every bit as critical and refreshing.
