Everyone else doesn't know what combat is really like, and they definitly don't know what the Marines are really like. 01Snowrider wouldn't know where is asshole was in relation to his buttcheeks during a firfight, much less an enemy. Things change quickly. The M60 was replaced by the M240G. The M249 is a LMG that uses the same round as the M16 (5.56x45) You can even insert a M16 mag into the 249. Semper Fi.

@liverallstrong Thats right. The Taliban plant IEDs at choke points, corners of buildings, door ways, and areas of good cover. They're very lucky no one got hurt. Ive seen this several times and Ive lost good friends to situations like these. I understand that Marines frustration.
