i have 5 ideas to bring down the price of oil. 1.CARPOOL. if 5 folks were riding in a car, usually driven by 1, you would have 4 less cars on our highways. 2. if you would spend more money on PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. if P.T. were attractive, affordable, and comfortable you could get more americans out of their cars. 3. EXPAND AMTRAK to 48 states and called it the national rail system.4. PERSUADE DETROIT to improve gas mileage in new cars by 2010. and bring back the 55 a mile speed limit.
miss boyda- please reconsider what you are saying. would you really wish to damage or marr pristine wilderness and coastal areas just so some selfish american could drive a 5 mile an hour gas guzzler, at a 27 cents savings.
