Bethesda, you are my favourite game developers. You give us not only the Elder Scrolls Series (Best RPG in History, UNCONTESTED). But Fallout, and many games like Brink, Rage, Hunted. ALL THIS YEAR!

@JazReviews You know that actually, in the "role play" part of "RPG" there is some way better game produced by like BlackIsle or Bioware? You also probably know that fallout was a game by blackisle and that RAGE is developped by ID software. The elder scrolls is sure a good serie but I contest in calling it "Best RPG in History" (Did you ever played Baldur's Gates, at least? Or, if you are more the action type, Mass Effect?)

@ghtdbd99 Absolutly the best in history, Uncontested. I played Baldur's Gate, a true RPG, but no where near the enjoyment of Elder Scrolls. Mass Effect didn't do a lot for me, Dragon Age again is a little too linear.. But still brilliant.

I don't think you can't fault any publishing house that is propping up ID Software, they would have gone under without Bethesda and the world would have lost one of the greatest studios there has ever been.

They are the gaming industries Messiah standing against the four horsemen of the apocalypse that come in the form of Conquest, Famine, War and Death or to give them their actual names EA, Square-Enix, Ubisoft, and Activision.

New Vegas was the one they didn't do.It was made by Obsidian Studios who were formally Black Isle, who were the people who made Fallout 1 and 2

Bethesda had a hand in it in as much as they provided the engine and oversaw the production to make sure Obisidian wasn't doing anything stupid with their license (Bethesda bought Fallout from Obsidian then leased it back to them) but other than that they weren't involved
