No idea, never met the guy. His smoking seemed awkward in "Farewell to Harry" though, does that help?

- He flatlined in some episode after getting a vaccine administered, I think it was early season 5.

- He was shocked to death in ep 3 or 4 of season 1, I think that's called "38 minutes"

- He was shot dead in the alternate universe in the episode Vegas (5.19)
