Hmm, I'm not sure. Because eventhough it is stretchy, it might not be flattering. I recommend trying both sizes and seeing which is more comfortable

There is actually more ways to wear that dress :D One is an one shoulder where you turn it so the two straps are on the side. One strap behind shoulder and one infront of the shoulder and then you tie it!

Sadly, Canada doesn't carry Victoria's Secret =( I tried La Senza (which is owned by them) several occasions but they don't carry anything similar.
