Theres so many work out videos at your local library and there free! They might loan them out for a wekk or two. I even found Jillian Michaels' biggest loser videos (yes she has more then one), tubo videos, dancing videos I myself have been doing salsa. You can search on amazon to find titles you like then find them at your library. By the way if your library doen't have any ask the librarian about other local librarys. Plus eat fiber and drink tons of water.

Congrats on the loss so far! That is great! Exercise is so important! We just need to find balance for ourselves. Start walking and give yourself time to think about what other forms of exercise would interest you. It'll come. I was wanting to make mexican hot chocolate w/protein now that the weather is turning cold and the holidays were coming, but saw that it had too much sugar and was afraid to dump! As weight watchers (lol) we have to be careful with our choices...well, you enjoyed it!

Great job with the progress! My suggestion about getting back to exercise would be to take baby steps back into it. I used to be really "all or nothing" about exercise---very vigorous, or absolutely inactive. What helped me finally make workouts a continuous habit was to just do SOMETHING each day...even if it was just a little walk. You don't need to go full-out all the time :) ...So, I'm not sure if that is your problem too, but if it is, then consider easing into it. P.S. DAMN BEVERAGES lol

I am fighting some food demons right now too....and now I'm hankering for some hot chocolate. lol I am beaming with pride with our new president-elect as well. You can start walking in place, until you rib yourself up to start a exercise regimen. You can do this.

Starting the exercise is always the drawback. Wouldn't it be nice to get addicted to exercise....NOT GymRat addicted, just 4-5 days a week addicted!
