@noobishdumbberry Pretty sure he is referring to O.C. PEN1. I think it started as a punk rock gang, but later allied with the NLR (Nazi Low Riders). NLR is known to be allied with the AB (aryan brotherhood). I only know this because I grew up in the I.E. punk rock "scene" and my older brother's friends were in a shootout with some members from O.C. PEN1. The Orange County chapter of PEN1. They are a pretty ruthless gang.
