hey thos l7s are hitting pretty hard. I like the fact its a single cab, yet nice sound man.

I have an MTX 1500 watts at 1ohm, where you able to noticed the results after you added that extra battery?? does it really help on the bass amp??

With bass, you really wont be able to tell the difference, unless your metering it. The place you will notice it is in your headlights dimming, and in peace of mind knowing you have the extra power.

ya man i got a KICKER zx1500.1. Kicker is hard,clean,under rated. my 1500.1 is rated @1789w rms got it pushin 2 IA lethal injections. i love it

I have got a Kinetik model 1800 for sale if anyone is interested. I am willing to let it go for a lot cheaper that what I paid for it. I only have used it for a month and I now realize that it is too much, my alternator overloads trying to keep up with it....

i know where you meant to put it, and ive seen that discussion. and yes, its perfectly safe to put one 15" in a ported box on a 1000.1

just make sure if you hear the sub bottoming out, just turn it down a little. tune it so that wont ever happen. sealed or ported, you will be fine.

oh yea well i got a 1500rms amp and i got a 120A alternator and my shit still sucks the shit outta my yellow top but im bout to get the big 3 done should i get a kinetic

Kinetik batteries are a lot more efficient than the yellow tops and have more output. if you have just 1500 RMS and no other amps i would get the Kinetik HC1400.

what amp is you alternator and how much does it cost to do the big 3

Big three cost as much as the wire cost. a full spool of 1/0 ga. (17 ft?) cost around 70$, but im sure you can find a dealer who can sell it to you by the foot. i would get probably 10 ft. to do the job.
