  • the most hillarious aspect of this faux doc is Mailer

a disreputable hack as "expert". this is how stupid PBS knows you are. an "expert" with no background or knowledge.

and expert who mysteriously avoided a felony charge after the attempted murder of his wife soon after doing a 180 on his CIA theory.

oh, and the other "ballistics expert", an anchorman!

  • @bobharris77 LHO killed JfK..case closed

  • @votrep1 If you read the Warren Commission report the only logical conclusion is that he didn't- which makes it all the more conspicuous that the Commission didn't come that same conclusion...

  • LHO killed JFK...period. End of story..

  • @votrep1 aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahaha WAKE UP!

  • @votrep1 Prove it. There is no credible unimpeachable evidence that he did the crime. What's more, the WC never even interviewed key eyewitnesses. As one researcher has pointed out the conclusion which the WC reached is completely unique - not one of the eyewitnesses has or had ever described it that way. There are too many holes in the case. Additionally, Dulles' position on the WC was a conflict of interest and would have resulted in any case being thrown out of court for that alone.

  • Wow. Great comment.

  • Thanks...:)

I'll admit the case still fascinates me , but I've studied it to death and the only thing I can conclude is that A.) Oswald DID shoot JFK because he was a lone nut gunman..

B.) Under circumstances that were MADE conducive to JFK getting shot by a lone nut gunman.

And now I'm done with it for good.

  • "I've studied (the assassination) to death and the only thing I can conclude is that A.) Oswald DID shoot JFK because he was a lone nut gunman."

So, then .... you subscribe to the "magic bullet" idea put forth by the WC?

How is it that a single bullet could do so much in such a short span of time?

  • I studied the JFK kennedy assassination and come to the conclusion he was murdered by the CIA,J Edgar Hoover, reason he did not agree with the world bankers and was going to make the U.S.A gov take over the fed bank,He did not agree with the way these guys where scamming the U.S.

  • 1:28 scary guy

  • Scary guy? Ha ha ha! That's Richard Nixon. Thirty-seventh President of the United States. Or...more precisely, someone in a Richard Nixon mask.

But yes: The real Richard Nixon was scary as well. Ha ha ha! Great comment!

  • I have not seen this film, but it sounds intriguing. I have been to Dealey Plaza and I always wondered...why shoot at a target that it moving AWAY from you? Why not take your shots when it's moving toward you with nowhere else to go...?

  • @jpedwar The shot moving away is a much easier shot to make. With the target moving away from you it presents itself as a stationary target. In other words, you can hold the rifle relatively still. The limo, when it's moving towards the TSBD isn't moving straight towards you. It's proceeding at an angle. This is a much more difficult shot and it exposes your position much faster than shooting from behind.

  • I saw this, and I really liked it. It's even-handed towards both the official story, and those who believe in conspiracy. It's more about the phenomenon of the assassination and how the way the events transpired will always cast a shadow of uncertainty for the rest of time, no matter what really happened. Very in-depth. Awesome flick.

  • i like Oswald as a figure as victim as martyr

  • Kenneth O'Donnell, SS, Follow-up Car, WC deposition, May 18, 1964, 7H448

1964 KO:"My reaction in part is reconstruction - is the shots came from the right rear."

MAN of the HOUSE, by Tip O'Neill, Random House: 1987, pg178

1987 KO:"I told the FBI I heard two shots from behind the fence but they said it couldn't have happened that way and that I must have been imagining things. So I testified the way they wanted me to. I just didn't want to stir up any more pain and trouble for the family."

  • The 6th Ward, New Orleans born Oswald wanted notariety - sad, lonely, desperate little man. Well, he obtained it thru his action and his death.

  • Rest in Peace, Mr. Norman Mailer!!!

I am SO GLAD that I had the chance to meet you & talk with you!!!

  • i think i will like this movie thanks
