i am a profesional armwrestler and that armwrestler from this video is not even pro i can tell by the way he sets himself up at the table.. neither one of them know shit bout armwrestling.. idc what anyone says a pro armwrestler at as little as 165lbs like COBRA RHODES would destroy 90 percent of ALL powerlifters in the WORLD! dont believe me look HIS name up on google and ull see what a real armwrestler can do..powerlifters dont have a chance pulling a REAL pro armwrestler. this video is fake

I don't know who that guy is, but a good armwrestler like Brzenk wouldn't have a problem defeating that guy.For example, Cyplenkov is 140 kg and he was a powerlfter, and Brzenk defeated him, 5-1 :)

For me this sport is one of the most useless and I guess that windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, wakeboarding gives much more impression. @czoraa21 squats are for legs. I don't see how that would help you in what they're doing in this clip. My opinion stands. Let's take ... Mariuz Pudzianowski, one of the strongest men there is. He can not armwrestle and win against John Brzenk, or (me being Romanian) Ion Oncescu. No one in the world can beat Ion Oncescu unless that guy is an armwrestler, and Oncescu has only 45cm biceps. The majority of armwrestlers trian there hole body, i think you can agree with me
