Well to anyone saying cannabis treats the symptoms but doesnt help with the overall problem...how are pills different??! If you take pills you get side effects..and if you get off that medication the problem is still there...cannabis is a great sleep aid, and you cant really cure an insomniac trust me. I think they wouldn't enjoy having me as a patient... I have a chronic depression, together with ADD (And a dysfunctional digestive system... I cant shit that good....) So i need to smoke quite some medicine. I burn through 2-3 grams of middel class weed a day. damn, when i had to pay 300 bucks of an ounce i would pay 900 dollars a month! I own kgb collective in bellingham washington and not everyone has the same Ideas. Pain and Suffering are not related to a person's age. Tumors do not discriminate based on age. Everyone has the right to medicine.

This guy really has no grasp on the California scene there are plenty of great collectives where you can talk to the cultivator. Also marijuana was thought as medical after NORML failed to legalize under recreational use. I do believe it's medical and can't speak what it does for anyone but me but for the most part it's recreational and everyone knows that. "I would rather see you once a month instead of three times a week" obviously has no want to be a caregiver

Norml are actually a really small group of people that work for a lot less money than you would like to think. Most of them do it for free. If you want to help get legalisation you should let them know.

If this guy doesnt want to dispense to many people under 30 thats his business. If <30's come in and buy an ounce every 2 days...you decide if a fragile business is worth the risk

That guy is a total tool. People over 30 only? What about the 22 year old patients with multiples sclerosis? Also, why not use cannabis to improve the quality of your life as well? I like getting really stoned and watching a movie, its my way to unwind instead of alcohol. I mean I guess he's trying to make sure the medical system isnt being abused, but his nice little advertisement portion in the interview isnt helping his case that he's "not just trying to make money."

He's not being too strict. What he's doing is showing an example of how weed isn't just to get stoned. He's not letting his place be abused which sucks for a lot of people that want weed and were barely able to get a medical card but it's a good step towards pot being socially acceptable

Up here in Washington we don't have Hollywood glam shops but we do have a lot of very knowledgeable and experienced Growers/Connoisseurs/Medical Patients.

The spotlight may be on California and Colorado but a lot of old school tokers know the scene over here. It's just underground because of our gray mmj laws.

To Michael, If you're going to handle/smoke/market cannabis, you need to have an open mind considering it's not only medicine but a spiritual plant. Calling a large group of patients..fellow human beings.."riff raff" is ignorant and a big mistake. I know of more responsible and honest people under the age of 30 than those above. I am embarassed to see you try to use such a technique to gain older patients. I love younger patients they're INSPIRING. Discrimination is illegal you should know that.

To even be considered to vend for a Dispensary in California, your buds are literally put through special testing, that makes sure your Cannabis is 100% up to regulation (no mold/mildew/high thc/cbd etc.) What's the deal with the 30 year thing? pretty interesting..
