It actually doesn't have to be on Guitar Hero for somebody to produce a drum track from it. You can get the drum track for Necrophobic by using some special software and by having the album that the song is on.
@2000jago i got a copy of bitter peace made with a vst kit. it's not the actuall studio track but it's good enough to jam with and the quality is good. every beat and fill is exactly as it is on the studio version. people were asking me if it was real despite me saying in the description that it was a vst.
@UkrRusSlavic His Jazz is more like ''Spazz''. And his Blues is more like ''Lose''. The idea is to study these styles and do it authentically. Ive heard him play some Latin Jazz, and it was awful. Like i said.... great thrash drummer. But his skills end there.
@runehater666 HOLY FUCK I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT DOES THAT! I've been doing that for years, and people think I have a nervous tick. xD Also, my teeth are starting to chip from all the grinding.
@runehater666 me too ;DDDD Been ''mouthdrumming'' for almost 10 years now, little less nowadays since i get to play the drums(i actually can play almost anything with my mouth. i guess i compensate the drums with mouth cuz i cant live without music. music it will set you free ;)
@aturtlenamedfee I'd say he is the godfather for being his innovation. By 1989, drummers like Pete Sandoval were ahead of him as far as double bass goes.
@AQganon Many are ahead of him, already were 20 years ago. Dave's still an awesome drummer. I had the privilege to watch him play with Grip Inc. from behind his kit. I had my mouth open for the whole gig. What power?! And all that without triggers.
@SouthernGuy73 yep you're correct... Lombardo is the man... but Dave was going through a bad patch around this time, there have been many reasons put forward from wife problems to drum stool height etc, but only he knows... Dave can obviously play this in his sleep now, but at the time the bass parts were played at 'half time' and sped up
Hate to bust your bubble guys, but Kerry King has openly stated in interviews that Dave could not play this in the studio, and that double bass parts were played at half time and sped up with studio trickery. This is partially what led to his ouster after this album. He eventually got it down, but this is not a drum track worth creaming over.
And what I like best....... NO TRIGGERS......... and listen to those bass drum dynamics....I'm sorry but whenever I see a metal drummer using triggers -and basically caressing the bass drum- makes me laugh..this is a REAL drummer !!
@MalcaratMartinez dude STFU. your not even a drummer. im sick of hearing this recycled misunderstood crap about triggers being cheating. it's about changing the tone of the drum and nothing else. do you think that with modern extreme metal. an acoustic bass drum will cut through a wall of down tuned, heavy gauge string guitars and bass running through fat, low end amplifires like mesaboogie, engle or axe fx. it just doesn't work. don't talk about things you don't understand.
@thispagesux Tone down dude....... I am giving a respectful opinion on triggers , please forgive me if I like bass drums to sound like a bass drum and not like a machine gun. I respect your opinion and you should respect mine, and there's no need to be rude here.
@Vmt16 He actually can. I don't know why he doesn't though! most of the metallica vids on youtube the bass drum is so low you can barely hear the kicks.
I think that this is not exactly the same drum track on the album version. After the intro there is a skank-beat and i dont' think that ther is 2 kick drum at this time but just one. And just before the chorus from 1.17 to 1.25 during "sport the war!, war support" i think there is no double bass playing but just a hammer beat (kick drum and snare together). What does he play at this time?? This is not easy to hear.
@CapitaineHarlock I think this is the original track. From 1.17 to 1.25 the are those double bass triples or doubles, can't really tell. You can hear it on the record.
are you fucking kidding? I have NEVER heard Bostaph play one single 16th note kick pattern properly. Listen to the entire God Hates Us All album, not ONE single solid double kick section, so the just bury in the mix in a big pile of shitty bass noise. bostaph doesn't deserve to lick dave lombardos' shoes.

@Iamtheheretic are you serious...? paul is an incredible drummer. he's played proper 16th note kick patterns for both Exodus and Testament so I have no clue what you are talking about.
