I love the husky talk! I used to have arguments with ours.

For the baths, we found out if you left the water slightly cool, she jumped right in. Thought she hated water until we took a walk by a lake one day and she became a submarine with only her tail and snout sticking up. She swan down the entire bank.

Cute dog!!! FYI, put a towel in the tub for Aurora to stand on while in the water.....the tub is pretty slippery and they feel insecure on the smooth surface. She'll have less anxiety about bath time with something to grip onto.

I did a little reading on Husky's and I read that you shouldn't bathe them too much and they hate water. I have a cocker spaniel (and spaniel breeds tend to love water, but still I use a hose when bathing her (shower nozzle and I distract her with her squeeze toys. I don't fill a bathtub with water and put her over there in it. I put her in an empty tub and use the shower nozzle and while she's playing with her toys I gently wet and soap her and rinse her off. This works well for me.
