This is for everyone who wants a logical explanation of the NFL vs. CFL war. Yes, the NFL has better players for the most part, with a few exceptions. The reason is salary. A player would obviously want a better salary so they go to the league who can provide a 1 mil+ salary. The reason the CFL cannot provide that salary is because the NHL dominates Canadian sports fans so the CFL is overshadowed. If the CFL was more popular among Canadians, the league would get more money=Players better salary

Football (and baseball) is their culture. Hockey (and curling) is ours!

they have completely different playing styles, CFL is a faster more ground based game, while the NFL is slower and has a lot more passing, a great example is how NFL Qb's get 300 yard games all the time, but it is rare in the CFL, but also almost all of the starting running backs break 1000, while many NFL dont, but i would have to say the talent level is higher in the NFL

The CFL is fan based so all the money comes from the people buying tickets and going to games. The nfl has 4 downs making there more room to run the ball where as the cfl is 3 downs so they have to throw the ball alot more to get 1st downs and it is extreamly often for a cfl qb to throw over 300 yards in a game. dumb ass

perhaps you should get your facts straight num nuts before 1958 the cFL was called the canadian rugby league, dating back to 1861. the modern NFL you see now only came together as the result of the all american football league and the NFL combining which was not till the 1960s. the first football game was documented in canada in 1861. you should be more concerned about looking stupid infront of your fellow canadians.

they have completely different playing styles, CFL is a faster more ground based game, while the NFL is slower and has a lot more passing, a great example is how NFL Qb's get 300 yard games all the time, but it is rare in the CFL, but also almost all of the starting running backs break 1000, while many NFL dont, but i would have to say the talent level is higher in the NFL
