I can say that blacks excel in power and strength; sports requiring explosive power like boxing, sprinting, basketball. Whites are better at stuff requiring a heavy sustained effort... cycling, rowing, tennis, can be quite graceful, good at strategy and planning (incluing war). Asians have better finesse (ping pong, badmington). And yes, there is a general difference between races.

@billybobby800 Yes, most of the Hurdlers in Olympics do 8 steps except some hurdlers like Dayron Robles. If you feel very slow going with 7 step cuz u have to push urself so hard to do it, then try 8 steps. Or try 8 steps in a normal meet where you always win, and try 8 steps. Though, don;t change it if you're going to states and all now, but you can change it when you have 2 weeks of practice time or whatever
