This is not fake... Recently I was up at the local store and there was this woman, she was nearly crying... The reason was because EVERY week she would put in her lottery ticket, but she didn't that week, but then that night her numbers came up ( she used the same ones everytime )... id say the woman who got fucked by the IRS for winning lotto had it worse. Her brother won and died, took the long pay(20 years) collecting around $400,000 a year, the IRS demanded the taxes for the total winnings be payed before she even collected it, she couldn't ofcourse, so they made her a deal, for 10 years the IRS gets her lotto money + she has to pay in $18,000 of her own money, if she can make it 10 years she can start getting her lotto money, if not penilties are aplied and she losses.
