There are a couple of isolated examples which are not even conclusive and pale in comparison to what Hamas does on a routine basis and is in fact their entire strategy for warfare. Talk about footage - there is footage of a speech by a Hams leader where he proudly admits that this is their strategy.

Other NGOs have replicated Amnesty findings in other contexts - Human Rights Watch, for example, found no evidence of Hezbollah presence within Lebanese civilian communities shelled by Israel, claiming they harboured terrorists. As for Jenin, Amnesty and the HRW, along with the UN, were in fact part of a team that concluded no massacre had taken place there.

There was only formal investigation Amnesty took part in - and, true, it found no evidence of massacre. If this is true, then how come so many Palestinian civilians and children have died at the hands of the Israeli army? 1385 Palestinians vs 13 Israelis. Clearly, attacking schools, hospitals, ambulances, etc. is doing more harm than good. Israel is willing to kill innocent people just to destroy a weapon cache. Why not go in on foot, cease such weapons, and arrest those who are involved?
