I had that issue. I removed an app that i recently installed (can't remember what) and it stopped. another thing i did was went into device manager and looked at the running devices and stopped i think voice control and tts or something like that, well basically anything i thought that was in link with DRIVING MODE!! Its annoying when your sleeping and all you can hear is your phone vibrating and saying "DRIVING MODE or WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO"
I know how to fix it. I cleaned my USB Connector with a painting brush withe the brush very shirt, or you can use a toothbrush. It was very dirty, with a lot of cloth powder inside it and maybe this powder come humyd and it detects like a charger plugged in. I´ve read somewhere that they replaced the USB board, but I fixed it with a paint brush with short brushes. You can even use a little alcohool on the brush to clean it, but nos so wet. After toing this all I dry the phone with a hair dryer.

easy to fix guys ....just clean the usb connector...I had the same problem and it fixed it,now my galaxy works perfect...
