@kaztube2000 Sometimes the result display might be to big and thus the result window does not display the entire window (because your desktop resolution is not big enough). But that confirm button is there, and so if you hit the [enter] key it should save the result likewise.
I will look into a future update to fix this issue, so that the confirm button is always reachable in a visible way.
@Kuzari1000 In that case you would select that color in Photoshop, delete it as in make them transparent and save it as a PNG image. I want to keep these tools rather simple in their functionality so adding more options for matte or background color detection only eat up more development time and UI complexity while I could finish other things.
@Kuzari1000 Well you can do the same in Gimp or Paint.net or most other free, cheap alternatives. Its a matter of selecting one of the background pixels with the magic wad and simply deleting it and saving as a new image. This ShoeBox will be free as I will benefit if people around me use it as well.

What if my sprite sheet has absolutely nothing but a color background, and the sprites? No boundries or anything?

Good to see you don't just ignore comments. xD
But, around what time do you think this should be out for free use? I REALLY need this.
Oh and, I don't have photoshop due to the fact I simply just can not buy it.

@renderhjs
My question is, can you simply just grab a sprite sheet and use it with Shoebox? ^_~ Do you know any free programs that can do this more easier?
