I wouldn't use such a high color like white on the lower lash line, more like 1 tone brighter than your skin color. and I wouldn't apply that much. The black eyeliner all of sudden cuts in btw the white one. Looks odd.

Do you have an estimated list of the products you used? I paused at some points to at least try to read what I didn't catch at first glance, but some of them had light shining on the labels, so I couldn't see! >u>;;

I like this look, but it leans a little more towards Ganguro than Gyaru, minus the freakish oompa loompa skin. I think it was more the lower lash line than anything that took away some of the princess effect Gyaru has, but other than that, I still think it looked mighty cute!

You did the lower lash line wrong, that's why your eyes look droopy. you shouldn't use so much white. And when you have white on the waterline you can't just apply half of the black eyeliner outside and half of it on the waterline. put the black eyeliner just under the waterline, that would look better.
