Fourthly, If you want to do something CONSTRUCTIVE about Gore's lying, challenge him to invest in Robert Bussard's prototype technology for *working* nuclear fusion. It's small, fairly cheap, could retrofit on existing power plants, no radio-waste. Proven to work, but only short bursts, no money for power supplies, politics, funding for energy research was CUT BACK when we need to cut back on frgn oil.
Thirdly, Gore seems to be on track with a group that wants to artificially create a new BUSINESS in carbon credits. I met a Repub in TX making big money selling cc's, and hating govt regulation. Cc's exist ONLY in regulatory world. Regulating capitalism with incentives *and* getting rich off it. Enron was *ITCHING* to get into cc biz, pushing for Kyoto. Bush was going to give Ken Lay a cabinet post. Gore would enact Lay's policies. R's and D's are that close.
