This is a very powerful song (I think it is). I prefer his older songs than the last ones he made. They have a charm that appeals to me , and hopefully to others as well. Here's what annoys me. Many people refer him as "the king of rock and roll" or just simply "the king" king is not a very powerful word in my opinion. If anything, he should be known as "the legend of rock and roll"

I was a young guy working at a top secret government facility that used to pipe music over the sound system. This song has a lead in that sounds a lot like Johnny Rivers - Secret Agent Man. So when the song started, I turned to my hairy fat old supervisor, and said, "Ron, they're playing our song." Then, instead of hearing, "There's a man who leads a life of danger..", Elvis starts singing, "When we kiss my heart's on fire." The confusion was pretty funny looking back on it.
