@aparaajita10 Are you Epileptic? Is this guy Epileptic? No he is not so he can not speak for all Epileptics. My doctor can not speak for everything I do either. Medications have a negative factor on the human body. I do exercise and diet but I do not say my methods are 100% Cause what works for me does not work for another.

Is there an English version of this yoga exercise available from Baba Ramdev? My girlfriend, who is Indian, forwarded this video to me. It's to bad it is in Hindi only. If there would be an English translation version as well available, also a lot of non-Hindi speakers could profit from his relief training.

@buddha01meister - I don't think so far a english version is aviable. My advise to you is try to learn hindi from your Indian girlfriend, hindi is a easy language.

well ive been treating migraine a few years to know that what this man is saying is right just one thing if its auto massage dont touch your head and use reflexology instead either in your hands or feets do pranayam while pressing the points and increase the time massaging your fingers or toes after the massage is good a hot shower but if the pain is too strong then your best friend is paracetamol
