Second there was no gag it is common for a deep breath right after propofol and LMA insertion just as they stop breathing.
Third, she is not obese by any stretch of the imagination.I know her.
Watch closely the propofol was pushed at the opening.
Also LMAs are not put in "sideways" no textbook states this and indeed the package instructions "FROM THE manufacturer show the straight finger fully deflated insertion method.

no thanks, accident waiting to happen. Saw her gagging at the end. (obese + gag) mild sedation =>> shit hitting the fan. Good luck with this.

Oh,wow!:O I always thought that people have to be totally unconscious to lose the gag reflex.But this patient seems to be still half-awake.

I thought you were suppose to slide it in side ways than turn 90 degrees into postion or upside down than turn 180 degrees into place
