come to japan bro, you got the talent and the look(white dude) you could make chashola or yennage as we call it. The economy is better here so consumers consume. I sell pints of beer for 1000 yen(over 10$) and the customers don't stop. I bet you could end up on tv within a year. Talented gaijin are pushed. Just saying bro.
Dude I freakin lost it when you went into TOOL at the end!!! My GOD I jumped out my seat with excitement!!! Man why aren't you on America's got talent???? If you could drill up about 5 different pieces like this you would kill it!!! What a shame! It's a sin your not on that show! Man I really enjoyed this video!!! Amazing!!!
@Tuberidin01 Thank you so much, you have made my day :) . I dont know i guess i didnt immediately grab their attention or my video got lost in a sea of thousands
hey Hobo, did you take lessons, or are you self taught? haha. I don't take lessons, but i'm afraid i'm going to miss out on some important things being self taught haha :O.
need to hear you play the first 30 seconds of mahavishnu orchestra's "one Word" and ELP's Karn-Evil 9, Third impression from about 7:00 to 7:30 PERFECTLY
Amazing drumming and amazing concept! Thank you for keeping talent alive! MY band and I struggle everyday to do so and it's people like you that keep that dream alive!
well he could have either edited out the end if any extra noise he didn't want included had to be cut out, plus he doesn't have crap equipment which is why you normally hear that on other people's vids. this is real because you can hear how acoustic it is if you have an ear for music. the dynamics from the actual recordings of those songs (had he jacked them) would have made everything sound to exact and clean, to the robotic degree. Not trying to be confrontational just explaining.
WTF!!! EPIC WIN, guy! The first part didn't show what you were up to do, but The Doors' part and then was epic. Nice Tom Sawyer, War Pigs and Rock and Roll. All songs rule.
I'm 36 and JUST started playing.. yeah I'm gonna go ahead and stop lol. You are sick and made me realize just how far I have to go. Nice job.. you have a gift.
ty, i played snare drum in grade school. and i was self taught on the drumset, but the formal training in rhythm i suppose gave me a good foundation to start on.
omg you are good!!!! i loved the war pigs beat. along with with tom sawyer they were damn good. keep it up and post some more vids kuz they are down right awsome!!!
ill be in the dam for a week in November for the cannabis cup (typical american), i can do recordings over the internet and send them via FTP and paypal.
i think its stupid to ask but i have the same idea u do so i went looking to see competition but i wanted to know if maybe u could tell me how u intermix all those songs i would be greatful if u told me if not i understand
The song at 2:05 (actually starts at 1:05) is honor thy father by dream theater. You probably know Mike Portnoy (drummer for dream theater) but just in case you don't you should check him out. He's a god at drumming.
doesnt matter just heads up for later..... Keep doing what your doing its great. And if you had any tips on doing some simple micing/recoring/editing it would really be apreciated. I'm going to start posting some covers. Mostly Foo Fighters as you can tell...
the only negative thing i have to say about this great mix is that in Rock And Roll there are 8th's played on the snair in the opening and throughout the song. And the cover sounds so perfect because you can here the ghost notes on the snair in the track of the song in the background but in no way am i putting this performance down..... Definately subscribing i love your work =]
