  • "something like that, I don't know..." great thing to hear in a lesson video lol

  • It's g a d, g a d b, G D E, not G A D again!

  • I´m sorry that I´m telling you my opinion for that, but in your lesson I can´t find the song Lignt my fire, or your version contains only part of Light my fire.

Incidentally, you are very kindly, that you spent your time by teaching on guitar

  • /watch?v=iGQwAA3I-eQ&feature=related

  • You make this song a bit boring, but this might help many people. :)

  • you got to remember in the doors guitar wasn't prominent it was the keyboard most people recognize as maybe guitar

  • dude thanks man it helped a lot

  • There's no rain on my parade, I didn't know Robbie Krieger taught beginner guitar. The correct tab may have sounded out of tune because you're tone deaf. A sure fire way to solve this would be if you played along with the studio version...and use your ear, because you're way off. You should watch the video and learn something, rather than posting incorrect tablature. Simplified: You are a student, not a teacher...You're Welcome. ;)

  • messed up chorus

  • c'est nul

  • It's C G F then C G F A then C G F D < Try to set the night on fire is where D is at and that is the end of the chorus. As for the intro its Gm7 and em. Your intro sounds alright though.

  • @XxFourTwentyxX Nope....incorrect if your tabbing studio version....Am-F#m.....(G) come on baby (A) light my (D) fire....(G) Try to set (D) the night on (E) FIRE!!!!!!

  • @koriepfrank Sorry to rain on your parade, but my version came straight from the mouth of Robby Krieger. I did play your version to see the difference though. I thought my guitar was out of tune before I noticed how ridiculous you are.

  • dude a minor f #7 thenn churs g then a then d

  • how is the strumming of the first part?

  • what a IDIOT!!!

  • THanks for the lesson man. Made this one a piece of cake! Check out my interview with Jim Morrison, you may find it entertaining. I subbed.

  • stick to the power chords you be alright.

  • Thanks for the lesson. I'm fine with most bar chords but I really hate the B chord!

  • Wow man, thanks! You helped me learn this in about 5 minutes tops!

  • you should stop talking and start listening more!

  • ok...

  • Hey thanks I learned this song with your help!

  • mr no likey...lacks heart and soul. Have you tried inward singing?

  • Good job dude. Just leave out the A chord when you get to "Try to set the night on fire" and just play G,D,E instead. Ignore these idiots on here. They should "Light Some Turds" and shut the fuck up already.

  • Back to square one Pal. I sugest you first listen to the actual recording so you can get the key right.

  • thanks heaps man. good vid!! LOL@ 'i dont have the best voice' haha well you havent got the worst im sure thats worth something...

  • Dude, your minor 7 builds are a little off.

    Am7 = 5x5555

    Not: 5xx55x

    Come on man.

  • Am7 can be played in many different ways...

    The full chord of Am7 = 575555

    Same difference...

  • now all he needs to do is teach us all how to get wasted 24/7!!

  • WTF IT DOESNT EVEN SOUND LIK IT

  • @ratedchapin20

Listen to the song and tell me how understandable you heard the guitar in this song.

This video show you how to accompany with the guitar.

  • @ratedchapin20 Yeah.....they uhh...used a keyboard in the song...which sounds a tad different from a guitar

  • @ratedchapin20 Jose Feliciano :p

  • great lesson dude!

  • chorus chords are...g..a13..d..bm7..

  • OMG ITS JACK BLACK!!!

jking you sounds like jack black xD just saying and pointing it out, nice lesson

  • Could you possibly say the strumming pattern for the verses? Thanks :)

  • At least get the chords right, maybe?

  • You are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Thank you soooo much! I do not know what notes are which so I loved how you used "finger 1 , finger 2" on string one and string two etc....that is exactly how I learn...you are perfect!! Thank you!
