hey man, i have a macbook here. i can access everything , like go on line , i can turn off the laptop and turn on again and it asks for no code. but when i want to make downloads and upgrades. the name of the ex owner comes up and a password is needed to make changes.. is it possible to bypass this also??? i can access everything but cant change the computer name from who used to own it also.. can u help an irish man in distress :) e mail donno_51@hotmail.com thank u very much

hey, normaly the disk should word.. can i recommend using the tiger disk, not leopard? you need to wait for the harddrive to come up, mayeb just wait a bit..

u don't need cd. hold "command s" through startup, and a terminal comes up from which you can hack

Thats how to change your mac password and make a whole new account!

I didn't have the CD as well it really helped me!

instead of holding down c the whole time you can just hold down alt option and after 5 seconds it will show u your hard drive and the disc click the disk

it does not erase all your stuff. to make a new user u have to click the + sign in the Accounts tab of System Preferences. thats the ONLY place you can make one.

you just change the password of ANY account. then log into it, then go to system pref, then go to accounts, then just unlock the page, then just select the account you want to make admin, and tick the corresponding box. its vaguely that, i havtn got a mac with me so its all from memory :S

if u close the windows in the back u wont the constant contrast problems and have a room light on a tripod or anyhitng to put the cam on would make it look a lot better

since most cameras cant focus close up just write what your doing on the screen
