@Rocker295013 you start off by going up a little bit and watching a movie in the ride.. then it shoots u up again.. and u go through a track to the drop shaft... then u either drop or go up, depending on the sequence... then u drop at least 3 times... and then the ride is usually over.. in almost every sequence u have 1 full drop, but other than that the drops arent that bad.

this ride is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo fun! lol if you bring a backpack bring it on the ride and put it on the floor when ur on the ride and when u fall the backpack will lift up and float! its sooooo coool! try it out!!!!11
so, i dont know if they still have just the seat belt in the center back seat but when i went on for the first time with my brother he asked for that seat and when the ride started he losened the seat belt just a little bit so our asses came up lol

After the ghosts, you do not go into the drop sequence. You go up another level, and the elevator switches shafts and goes foreward through the Twilight Zone into the drop shaft. Then, you are on your own, theres no turning back now, "what goes up, must come down"

This ride frightened the cr*p out of me, i got on it just after they had taken the over the shoulder restraints off and replaced them with over the lap car-style seatbelts. I had my bag on my knee and it literally stayed in the air while i dropped about 4 times. Hahaha.

@ripley1404 it is. u go up, then u go forward slowly with the twilight zone dude talking and stuff. then u got into the drop shaft, which is bumpy, then u get launched up, then u either got straight down, stay up there for a second or 2, or drop a little bit then go back up then all the way down. the drops are completely random so no 2 rides are the same
I remember going on this, the ride isn't just going up and down, it starts at the queue, the amount of effort disney puts into all the detail, its great

I loved the tower of terror. I'm a twilight zone fan and a huge wdw fan. Even the honey mooners that were in front of me in the line at soarin' agreed it was the best, although i personnally like expidition everest more.
The Tower of Terror at Disney World is so much better! They have more effects before the drop, and the host delivers his line RIGHT before the first drop, it's too awesome ^.^

i read that when they built this ride, the ride was so technologically advanced, that it was... like ahead of that time-period's technology. :P
and to add to that, they said that repairing it is a nightmare when it breaks down

@ripley1404 it is. u go up, then u go forward slowly with the twilight zone dude talking and stuff. then u got into the drop shaft, which is bumpy, then u get launched up, then u either got straight down, stay up there for a second or 2, or drop a little bit then go back up then all the way down. the drops are completely random so no 2 rides are the same

I remember going on this, the ride isn't just going up and down, it starts at the queue, the amount of effort disney puts into all the detail, its great
i was 11 when i went on this 12 years ago, wow, but i knew my mum didnt pay thousads for me to bitch out on rides lol

I loved the tower of terror. I'm a twilight zone fan and a huge wdw fan. Even the honey mooners that were in front of me in the line at soarin' agreed it was the best, although i personnally like expidition everest more.

The Tower of Terror at Disney World is so much better! They have more effects before the drop, and the host delivers his line RIGHT before the first drop, it's too awesome ^.^

@icpdudeandslipknot you dont get it a am terrified of this ride ever since i went on it that one summer i threw up and i felt like i couldnt catch my breath it was scary so i vowed never to go on it again (plus im 11 so im not even in to drop zone at CGA)

my choir group is going to go to disneyland ca next march and i promised id ride screaming with my best friend because we both like the ride but she said she will only go screaming if i go on tot with her i am completly terrified of the ride and elevators what should i do tell her im afriad and just be completly honest or lie to her and risk not being friends with her anymore someone please tell me what i should do

dude you deont know what it was like for me when i went there it is just like what musicizme10 said also last time i went on that ride i had horrible stomachaces afterwards (plus scince i am 11 i dont think i will be going on it any time soon in the future)

The day I went on this ride was the first day I ever went on any big rides. went on Rockin' roller coaster and space mountain just before hand.
I really hated it. The next day I was forced to go on it again in fear of ruining a group photo.
