Maybe he was Traumatized from being in the war and lied about being happy fighting a war he didn't want to, to begin with! So he just gave up! either that or he just couldn't get over the guilt of killing another human being because I know when you join the Military you have to have zero emotion but maybe this kid just couldn't handle it and was one out of a million who just folded under pressure or he just wanted to be amongst friends before he did it who knows but I hope I am making sense RIP

The truth is, if these young men barely know what combat does to them, no one else could ever possibly know.

What i don't understand is why we treat our vets so poorly. These men should be revered every day for the sacrifice that they make.

Perhaps that's the point. If these men were made fully conscious of what they truly deserved, they might actually start to demand it. And some people wouldn't want that.

I dont think they do enough to prepare these guy's for war. these day#a the army just pushes numbers. more and more people going faster and faster into war with equipment missing or not being trained for the mission. not everyone can deal with what they see and that is normal. we are not all the same. the army uses depression drugs I'm sure so question is were they on pro-sac or something.

that our guy's are test object's is old new's. Most soldiers know this they just shrug their soldiers and move on. What is sad is alot of soldiers are not in the Mil. because they believe in war and killing but have to join just to get some schooling/collage. there is so much wrong with this system . you are dammed if you do and dammed if you don't :(
