Couldnt have said it better myself. And I even have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Olympic style none the less. Yea I do MMA now, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu jitsu, I seen the error of my ways with that kicking crap. Wish I would have spent those 2 1/2 years learning MMA instead. What a waste, it is great cardio though and great balance but that is about it. As far as fight application goes TKD sucks. Karate Kung FU all of it. That traditional crap bites, the only traditional art that is good isMT
