I once looped around the wholetutorial bus depot thing 14 times without hitting the ground. hardest part was after coming down stair and off billboard not over jumping rail b4 going over street. 144 trick, have a picture a friend took with a film camera.

Just before you jump, you gotta tilt Down, then Up on the analog stick. It's takes getting used to, but once you know the timing down pat, you can really start to rack up the points.

Funny thing is that I leaned about it when I went through the game's tutorial about 4 years after I first played it. Sometimes, the manual, or going through "how to play" sessions is a good idea.

I leave it unplugged for long times between each recording. So it has been unplugged for months of a time.

@Saestrol You can replace the rechargeable battery that keeps the RTC running in the Dreamcast if you have some very basic soldering skills. I just replaced mine coz it was completely dead and the new one is working like a charm.

Its a real trick in aggressive skating :) it confuses pretty much everyone outside of the sport though

What i always do is finish the level RIGHT before the level runs out of time, i never finish early. Why finish early with time to spare(despite it giving you points for time left over) when you can use that time to rack up trick points which will help you more then watever left over time you have as points.

You are right about that. That is the best trade-off for the time you are given. But unlike Jet Technique, If you don't spray that last tag in time, you fail the level and all that effort becomes wasted. So it takes some caution to maximize the points.

Infinite railing is the way to build up those points. Along with 180 trick bonuses.

It's one of those "backward tricks" you can do when you do a turn. You tilt the control stick Up Down and the characters starts skating backwards. Doing this right before you jump and then the character preforms different tricks.

In this case, she can do a backside "Pornstar"

This is the Dreamcast, some pretty awesome graphics considering when the system was released. Some of today's games rival this one in terms of graphics.

Score a lot of points. You get the "Jet!" rank in all the Story stages of each area and characters are unlocked when you meet the requirements.

Love Shockers = Jet all Shibuya-Cho stages. (For example)

Story Stages. If you need to do earlier levels, finish the story and start back with Shibuya GG.

In terms of gathering points, yes.

It would be easier to go straight forward from bridge to bridge, but that lamppost will probably break your chain at some point.

By criss-crossing, you don't have to worry about the lamppost. It's a little harder to do but done right, you can rack up tons of points.

I think the name of this area is Park Street or maybe this is the residental area. Not sure.

While I can use the trick more frequently now, the big problem with 180 tricks is keeping yourself in a proper line while doing it. 180/540/900 tricks requires you to hit Down-Up on the control stick (or I think it is Down-Up). I have to do that right before jumping off a Rail, which can screw up the angle.

JGR is very sensitive when it comes to the Analog. When doing this off a Rail, you could very well send your character flying at the wrong angle like in the first section.
