  • Can you tell what wire are you using and the diameter of the wiere?

  • hi .. what is the thread you use and it is friggolit or foam

  • your b string sounds out of tune :)

  • @fastestcararound LOL....

  • That is cool. Foamular 150 is okay..,kinda brittle though. I cover it with polyester monofilament 110 mesh(used on screen printing frames)held down by a thin layer of 5min epoxy. Makes it far stronger. Foamular 150 is also easy to hand cut; grate and sand. My hawk wings hand cut/sanded came out nice and were easy .

  • I run the 120v power source through a ceiling fan rheostat (variable speed celing fan control) to a receptacle (wall plug). I plug my 2 amp battery charger into the receptacle. Clamp the battery charger clamps to each end o the cutting wire. Control the wire heat with the ceiling fan rheostat.

  • Hi, CAn You please tell me haw do i made the power suply ?

  • I pre-cut the ends and the leading and trailing edges of the foam (my ends are parallel in most cases). I visually place the cutting guide template (rib guide) centered on the end of the foam and all the way forward.

    Frank

  • How do you know the rib guides on either side of the foam are properly aligned?
