I need Your Help

I recently Got My Iphone 3gs from USA having AT&t network...So i Got it Unlocked(any sim acceptable) so that i can use my sim ...So plz tell me that first i have to upgrade to ios 5.0.1 using itunes and then jailbreak using redsnow .....but will my still remain unlocked or it will be locked again and i cannot use my sim.....Secondly tell me that is ios 5.0.1 jailbroken fully functional or is there any bugs in it on iphone 3gs.....Plz reply soon....

@707navneet iOS 5.0.1 Jailbreak is FULLY FUNCTIONAL there are no bugs if you use the most recent version of redsn0w. You can use Ultrasn0w to unlock your phone again if it does lock to another network but it shoudltn

Hi there, I've a 3GS unlocked and jailbroken running iOS 4.0 and the modem firmware is 05.13.04, should I just follow the steps in your video or there's something else I need to do? Would this steps affect my unlock and lock the phone? Last question, there's a package recently added to cydia store that would do the whole thing from cydia ,is it safe?

@OldWarriorComeback I think you can always just use Ultrasn0w again to unlock and if there is a package in cydia i think that is to turn a tethered ios 5 jailbreak to untethered. but if its something else you can always try it

The same after i restore and jailbreak i had no signal i installl ultrasn0w i wait but nothing then i had to reinstall cydia baseband and deactivate to work but the same problem the service signal drop every time so that means that IOS5 is not jailbreak completely im sorry but that is the truth because on iso4 my 3gs works perfect

What about signal and network problem because i install the ios5 on my 3gs and jailbreak whit the redsnow 10b1 and the signal service fail every feew seconds

Does not work with 4s if you try yiu will be stuck in DFU mode

@oskardruk No i dont think so , 4S is an A5 deivce, this works for all A4 devices (every device apart from iPhone 4S and iPad 2) Sorry.
