@dragonsfireae86 At it's most fundamentals anime is about love, or more specifically, how many people don't have it. It also places some emphasis on fate and destiny, and the whole series is wrapped with charming music beautifu animation great humor and blends it all with dark undertones with light overtones (which is reversed near the end of the series). All of this culminates in what is easily the greatest anime of the year, and if you haven't watched it yet, do so now.

I think it's about this egotistical penguin hat which in return for extending their sister's life orders two brothers to retrieve the Penguin Drum. The hat directs them to their target: a high school girl who is insanely in love with her teacher and holds a notebook with which she can see her future. To aid the brothers and sisters three penguins that only they can see are given to them to spy, help out around the house, and to provide companionship.
