I heard you on the radio last night ( think it was Coast to Coast ). Your facts are not accurate regarding the Hebrew scriptures. The consequence for stealing is to give back what was taken & also to add more to it. If everyone did that - make restitution for wrongs done, it would be a better world.
@elishebabb You are right with your fact, unfortunately there are other parts in the Bible, especially Deuteronomy, where it is made clear that any transgression on the commandments is punishable by death. You are probably like me and want to think the best of literature like the Bible but unfortunately there are large groups of people that do not hold this attitude. Thanks for responding :)
