Its not the dust its the Lighting/Programing of the game.

Since there was light on the Roof before it fell through for some reason when the Roof falls the lighting stays with the Weapons, but when you picked it up the lighting of the Gun goes to the lighting of the Character. "Its kinda hard to say"

Its like when your walking in the streets and you see Paper flying or blowing in the wind (in the Game), the paper falls right through the ground and disappears.

That's incorrect. Technicly the Golden varient is a whole other weapon. If you have a lancer and there's a golden lancer on the ground you pick it up like it's a sniper. And then you can take the normal on as ammo, and it stays gold for the entire game, or until you die.

it turns out that sometimes gears will do that but its actually supposed to happen because when you get to rank 5 every weapon you pick up turns gold but it only works for you for anyone of lower rank it will turn to normal color this also means that when you get to rank 5 there will a be a gold toque bow shotgun and longshot how pimpin is that
